Rally, Saturday September 6, 2008
$20.00 per Vehicle
Please be sure to read all information and fill in all blocks provided on sign in sheet. Information will be added as neccesary, please check the website before attending the event to ensure you have all of your materials needed for participation.
- Check-ins will begin at 9am at Maserati of Baltimore1628 York Road, Lutherville Timonium, Maryland 21in the M.O.B. Exotic Car Gallery (center showroom doors)
- Light breakfast treats will be provided and at check in participants will receive their passport and sightseeing travel portfolio (scavenger hunt questions).
- The route is being determined now and a final decision will be made the week of the rally (based on road conditions). The drive will be approximately 1 hour (no longer than 1 hour and 15 minutes at speed limit).
- Please indicate that all rally driver "passports" (scorecards) must be completed and stamp returned by no later than 1:00 pm to be eligible to compete--leisure drivers are welcome to check back in to the dealership up until 2:00. The rally racers will be clocked on departure, clocked back in on arrival, and will be judged on a combination of time and the correct number of answers to "sightseeing" questions (with answers found along the route).
- Sweet treats will be provided upon return; a list of recommended lunch destinations for people to grab a quick bite before the Wings and Wheels (which starts at 4pm) will be made available.
- The winners (pilot and co-pilot) will be announced on Sunday at the Concorso event. More details will be announced in the coming weeks and on the day of the rally.
